1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Picture the High Life Day Festival (the “Festival”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not attend the event.

2. Event Admission

  • A valid ticket is required for entry.
  • Tickets may be scanned and verified at entry.
  • Entry may be denied or revoked without refund for failure to comply with these Terms.

3. Ticket Sales – Final

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

  • The Festival date, time, location, lineup, or programming may change without notice.
  • If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the discretion of 2335984 Ontario Inc.
  • The company is not responsible for additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees must:

  • Behave respectfully toward staff, vendors, and other guests
  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for:

  • Disorderly, unsafe, or illegal behavior
  • Harassment or violence
  • Intoxication or substance abuse issues

6. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Events may involve large crowds, loud music, and physical activity
  • There are inherent risks, including injury, illness, or property damage

You attend at your own risk.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that 2335984 Ontario Inc., its staff, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death
  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal property
  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the event

8. Media & Recording Consent

By attending, you grant permission to 2335984 Ontario Inc. to:

  • Capture photos, video, and audio recordings
  • Use your likeness for promotional, marketing, and media purposes

No compensation will be provided for such use.

9. Prohibited Items

The following may be prohibited:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Outside alcohol or food (unless permitted)
  • Professional recording equipment (without authorization)

Security reserves the right to inspect bags and personal items.

10. Food & Alcohol

  • Alcohol may be served to attendees of legal drinking age with valid ID
  • We promote responsible consumption
  • Attendees assume all risks related to consumption

11. Vendor & Third-Party Services

  • Vendors operate independently
  • We are not responsible for vendor products, services, or transactions

12. SMS & Communications

By opting in via:

  • Website forms
  • Ticket purchase
  • Texting a keyword

You consent to receive:

  • Event updates
  • Promotional messages
  • Important notifications

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Acts of God
  • Public emergencies

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
