FAQ’s & Rules
Festival Rules
To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following rules will be enforced:
- 19+ Event Only – Valid government ID required for entry
- No Outside Food or Drinks permitted inside the festival grounds
- No Weapons Allowed – This includes any dangerous or prohibited items
- Zero Tolerance Policy – No violence, harassment, or disruptive behaviour
- Security Screening – All guests are subject to search upon entry
- No Re-Entry (unless stated) – Entry is single admission unless otherwise specified
- Tickets Must Be Valid – Damaged, duplicated, or invalid tickets will not be accepted
- Management Rights – Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at their discretion
- Respect the Space – Guests must respect staff, vendors, performers, and other attendees
- Ticket Policy – Tickets are non refundable. The event will happen rain or shine

Ticket Upgrades
Yes, ticket upgrades are available. To upgrade your ticket, please contact management directly. You will be required to show proof of purchase and pay the difference between your current ticket and the upgraded package to complete the change. All upgrades are subject to availability.
Can we decorate our booth?
Booth decorations are not permitted. However, you may contact our team to have your booth professionally pre-decorated at an additional cost. All setups will be designed to match the branding and aesthetic of the event, with limited customization available for a curated experience.
What is the dress code?
VIP dress code is Pink or White for both men and women. All other packages, including General Admission, have no dress code restrictions.
The event is heel-friendly, however women can bring flats or comfortable backup footwear for convenience throughout the experience.

VIP food area is from 3:33pm to 7:30pm
